Fred graduated from Emory University in 1998, and Stetson College of Law in 2002, Cum Laude, and from Stetson with an MBA in 2005.  He is a practicing attorney in Florida, concentrating on trusts and estates, foundations, partnerships, real estate, elder law, and other business matters.  He represents many elite clients in his private boutique concierge law practice, in Southeast Florida (Boca Raton/Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale/Miami) and on Florida’s Gulf Coast (including Sarasota, Naples and Greater Tampa Bay). Fred is also a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate, specializing in luxury properties on both coasts of Florida. Fred has served on Community Association Boards and Committees, and serves as a trustee and board member of numerous organizations. Fred has also co-authored an exquisite regional, seasonal  Italian-American cookbook with his aunt, former restaurant owner, Alice Bollaci, which showcases many of their favorite family recipes, recipes from Fred and Alice’s extensive travels throughout Italy, and signature recipes from Alice’s restaurant. Their endeavor will showcase over 100 delectable recipes from many regions of Italy and will feature gorgeous color photos of food and many of Fred and Alice’s favorite destinations in Italy, and will be published in the near future, as a follow-up to Fred’s gourmet weight loss book, with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients and respect for tradition on both sides of the Atlantic.
