4 Mint Leaves
1 packet Sugar in the Raw
1 oz Fresh Pressed Lime Juice
2 oz Siesta Key White Rum (Macerated with Watermelon for 5 days!)
1 oz Fresh Pressed Watermelon Juice
Muddle mint with sugar and lime juice.
Add ice, rum, and watermelon juice.
Shake vigorously and pour into a Collins glass.
Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
