Platinum Palate ITALY Restaurants/Hotels/Spas/Artisans (Europe)

Fred Bollaci Enterprises is proud to name the newest PLATINUM PALATE recipients for Italy, expanding upon the Golden Palate Italia initiative, which began in 2014 and has recognized several hundred distinguished hotels, restaurants, spas, wineries, and artisan producers. The new establishments join inaugural worldwide Platinum Palate, Sandra Rosy Lotti and her renowned Toscana Saporita Cooking School near Lucca.

“After careful evaluation and discussions with my esteemed Advisory Board Members who are based in Italy, I have chosen my newest Platinum Palate recipients, whose owners’ passion, pride, and dedication take the experience to the next level.”

“The new Platinum Palates for Italy include a number of fine hotels (and their respective restaurants), as well as individual restaurants. Many have already been recognized as Golden Palate award-winning establishments. Platinum Palate distinguishes this group as the very best of both dining and lodging, establishments which offer an unparalleled experience, level of service, dedicated, hands-on ownership, and quality products. You won’t go wrong sticking to this list,” Bollaci said. “And I will be naming more.”

The addition of these 70 new Platinum Palate hotels and restaurants in Italy follows Friday’s announcement of 50 new Platinum Palate hotels and restaurants in the United States. “Stay tuned! I will be announcing additional Platinum Palate award-winners in the coming months,” Bollaci said. With over 200 Golden Palate Italia award-winners, Bollaci said it was time to distinguish the very best of the best. “Now you have ‘THE list’ of my very favorite places to stay and enjoy the ‘la dolce vita’ healthy gourmet lifestyle in Italy, and soon you will have my list of the very top places to dine.” Plans are in the works for a worldwide directory of Fred Bollaci’s very top establishments, beginning with select markets in the United States and Italy.
