After five years in downtown Delray Beach, Cut432 continues more than “make the cut” by put a modern twist on the great American steakhouse. At Cut, you’ll find contemporary style, a high-energy vibe, and prime steaks, cooked to perfection! Cut’s USDA Prime dry-aged beef is sourced from the countries top ranchers and artisanal producers–one bite and you will notice! The restaurant is focused on delivering you a consistent, high-quality dining experience, every time. The restaurant has a great happy hour, and features frequent specials as well as wine dinners!

Cut432 may be best known for prime steaks, but the restaurant also includes Raw Bar selections, seafood specialties, and American Classics: chicken, pork chops, ribs, and rack of lamb. The chef is pleased to accommodate vegetarian and dietary requests. Those with smaller appetites will be impressed by the quality and variety of appetizers and small plates.

The kitchen uses only the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables available, and the restaurant changes the menu at least four times a year to reflect the seasons and availability of fresh, local products.

Chef-owner Anthony Pizzo, and owners Brandon Belluscio and Brian Albe are hands-on, entrepreneurial young guys who set out to create a steakhouse that stood out among the crowd, offering a hip alternative to the standard affair. Chef Pizzo is proud to put his stamp on every dish that leaves the kitchen, and the extensive menu acknowledges their local purveyors and farmers, something I applaud. The group has since opened two other very popular restaurants in Delray, Park Tavern and El Camino.
