Executive Corporate Chef Roberto Cardenas Rimarow was educated and trained in Europe. He brings nearly 20 years of experience specializing in Italian cuisine to DeRomo’s. He is also the recipient of two awards from Distinguished Restaurants of North America. In 2000 and 2001 he was awarded the DiRona Award of Distinction while at La Bussola in Coral Gables, Florida. He has worked at restaurants on Florida’s east coast, as well as in Munich, Germany and Rome. Accustomed to catering to the most discriminating clientele, Rimarow is pleased to bring his love of food and people, along with his creative and innovative style of traditional Italian cuisine, to De Romo’s.
