Homemade Almond Milk/Almond Cream Sauce

This is a great flavor enhancer to any dish, and is completely gluten-free and sugar-free.
Soak almonds in purified water for 24 hours. Puree and sift.
Take 1 cup of the pureed almonds and mix with 1.5 cups water and 1 tsp agave syrup.
