The kitchen at this chic, elegant, rooftop favorite in Milan with outdoor gardens and sitting areas, great views, and pool is managed by Executive Chef Elio Sironi and is founded on consolidated bases throughout years: simplicity, genuineness and respect of the client. The distinctive signature of the Chef is the “exacting simplicity” through the rediscovering of Italian cuisine great classics, re-elaborated to value real flavours and consistency in dishes.
The unlimited quality of the ingredients and the use of the traditional cooking technique are basics for our kitchen.. The wood oven becomes and the charcoal grill are the fundamental vehicle to give food the distinctive and antique taste.

Born and raised in Brianza, Chef Elio Sironi left his region for a long formative period where he honed and developed his culinari skills working in top hotels throughout Italy. His enthusiasm for the culinary arts and desire to learn and absorb other cultures took him to England, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, and Japan. The experience seasoned him as a professional and he returned to Europe to one of the most prestigious Relais & Chateaux properties, L’Hotel Pitrizza in Sardinia, in a beautiful part of the Costa Smeralda.

He refined and developed his own unique brand of cuisine, combining International influences with the flavors of regional Italian cookery.

He began a period of intense collaboration with the I.C.E (L’istituto per il Commercio Esterio) with the Academy of Italian Cuisine.

In 2003, he was chosen by Bulgari Hotel in Milan as Executive Chef, where he remained for 7 years. He was honored and felt the timing was right, given Bulgari’s tradition and desire for excellence and passion for authentic cuisine. In 2011, he went to open restaurant MADAI in Porto Cervo, which was a dream.
