3 cl. Gordon’s Gin
1 cl. Apricot Liquer – Son Thinh
1.5 cl. Jasmine and Kumquat Syrup
1.5 cl. fresh Lime Juice
1.5 cl. Schweppes Soda Water
28 gr Kumquat – 4 pieces halved
Fill glass with crushed ice.
Pour in the Jasmine and Kumquat Syrup, Lime juice, Apricot Liqueur and Gin.
Stir for five seconds with a bar spoon.
Add four Kumquat halves for garnish.
Top with crushed ice and soda water.
Use a bar spoon to push the Kumquat halves at different heights inside the glass and serve.
