HMF is open Sunday – Thursday 5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.; food served until 11:00 p.m., and
5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.; food served until Midnight on Friday & Saturday. HMF also features a Gluten Free Menu.
Favorites include: Wood Roasted Olives and Herbs, Blistered Shishito Peppers, and an assortment of artisinal cured meats and aged cheeses (La Quercia Prosciutto, Figs, & Parmigiano-Reggiano) for starters.
Inspired by the very best gourmet food trucks, HMF’s small plates are a journey through some of the most loved cuisines in the world, while enjoying a relaxing cocktail in an elegant environment. Some favorites are: Line Caught Swordfish Souvlaki, Tzatziki, and Petite Greek Salad, Korean Short Ribs, Duck Bao Buns with Blood Orange Ponzu, Shiitake Mushroom Pot Sticker with Tamari Ponzu, Greek Spiced Lamb Sliders on Pita, Wagyu Beef Sliders with Smoked Bacon & Antique Cheddar, and So Cal Fish Tacos.
Some favorite salads include: Sun-ripened and dressed with herbs grown on property, Wood Roasted Asparagus and Burrata, the Chopped HMF Salad, Warm Brussels Sprout Caesar, Heirloom and Burrata Caprese, and Old School Steak Tartare.
Continuing the global food journey, we move next to bowls: Enjoy Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, with Vegetable Barigoule and Gremolata, Orecchiette with Tuscan Duck Sausage, and Wild Mushrooms, “Nonna’s” Meatball and Gravy, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Maine Lobster Garganelli with Fontina Cream.
The Japanese robata grill uses traditional bichotan charcoal and its powerfully high heat seals in succulent juices and smoky flavors. Try the Pizzette (artisan pizzas), Churrasco Steak Chimichurri, Atlantic Salmon Yakitori, and Hong Kong Style BBQ Ribs.
