Pistache is a Parisian-style French bistro thoughtfully infused with the vibrant tastes of the Mediterranean. Serving up timeless, authentic cuisine created from only the freshest local ingredients and highest-quality imported products, Pistache is considered the premier classic French dining experience in downtown West Palm Beach. Prices are moderate, dishes are unpretentious, and the scene is carefree and casual. Pistache has recently been named a Fred Bollaci Enterprises Golden Palate Partner® recognizing a tradition of excellent cuisine with healthy-gourmet options that will delight the most discerning diners!
Pistache offers gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Centennial Park to guests dining al fresco on the covered patio. Indoors the bistro has an inviting feel instilled with plush red leather banquettes, traditional brass detailing and oversized antique mirrors, all reminiscent of the Art Nouveau movement that defined early 20th century Parisian dining establishments.
Chef de Cuisine Isaac Cerny presents traditional cuisine with a modern edge, and a wine selection fit for pairing, available for lunch and dinner seven days a week. There’s also an “afternoon” menu in between hours and a delightful brunch on the weekends. With “best restaurant” accolades from nearly every publication in the region and festive events hosted regularly, Pistache represents a new genre of bistro combining hip, retro-modern and cosmopolitan lifestyles.
The extensive dinner menu at Pistache features the classic French Bistro favorites you would expect: Onion Soup Gratinee, Moules Frites “Marniere” (Prince Edward Island Mussels, White Wine-Garlic-Shallot Broth, and Pommes Frites), Steak Tartare (Hand Cut Tenderloin mixed with Traditional Condiments), and Escargots.
