Recipe: Vodka Lillet Punch, Moscow Mule, and Peach Bellini by Ocean Prime!

Vodka Lillet Punch

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Ketel One Citroen
• ½ oz. Lillet
• ¼ oz. Absinthe
• 2 oz. Fresh orange juice
• ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz. Simple syrup
• 3 lemon wheels & 3 orange wheel halves for garnish

Preparation:

1) Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice (or a punch bowl).
2) Stir well to combine.
3) Garnish with lemon and orange.
Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ ounces Ketel One Vodka
• ½ ounce fresh lime juice
• 3 ounces Gosling Ginger Beer
• ½ inch slice of fresh ginger, chopped

Preparation:

1) Muddle fresh chopped ginger and lime juice in a mixing tin.
2) Add the rest of the ingredients to the tin and fill it with ice.
3) Strain into iced copper cup or glass and enjoy.

Peach Bellini

Just combine five ounces of Cava or other sparkling wine with one ounce of Combier Peach de Vigne and serve in a champagne flute.
