For 13 years, Ed served the Palm Beach community as the former Maitre d’ of the popular Palm Beach Grill and Ozzie for 10 years worked at the legendary Taboo on Worth Avenue. Eddie and Ozzie are happy to finally have a place in West Palm Beach after selling Nantucket’s well beloved LoLa 41 and LoLa Burger.
“Our love for the Palm Beaches and passion for food and wine along with great service is the reason for venturing to open Table 26 Palm Beach. Each and every night we open our doors to new and old friends. It’s a home away from home. Our commitment in believing in all that West Palm Beach has to offer and superior training and execution of the best food around will keep us grounded for many years to come.”
Table 26 features a “dog friendly” patio for our four-legged friends to enjoy!
Executive Chef Amit Jain joined the Table 26 team in March of 2015 as a sous chef. Amit’s great skill of business comes from his degree in accounting were he successfully ran his family business in textiles, but Amit had a passion for food from watching his mother cook at home. Later in life he discovered where he needed to be, and that was back in the kitchen. Relating how the freshness of ingredients with the perfect pairing of seasonings resembled the artwork aspect of his family business. Like taffeta silk, Amit’s food has color, beauty and texture. His happiest moment is to walk the dining room and see guests seating back and enjoying great food among family and friends. This is delivered all with his great humility.
