Terra Fiamma, owned by Wendy Rosano brings to growing West Delray’s trendy Delray Marketplace a “home away from home” experience with authentic, quality Italian-American cuisine in a friendly, lively, comfortable atmosphere, combining great food, wine, happy hour specials, and service, and has been named Fred Bollaci Enterprises’ newest Golden Palate® Partner!

With decades of experience, Terra Fiamma’s cuisine and diverse offerings of classics and healthy-gourmet items appeal to all dining preferences using long time family recipes.

Owner Wendy Rosano prides herself on using the freshest, finest ingredients, such as San Marzano Tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padana imported from Italy, fresh, locally-grown herbs to season our sauces which are made daily from scratch, and hand selected fresh fish, meats and poultry. Terra Fiamma’s produce is locally farmed whenever possible.

You can taste that pride and dedication! Locally farmed produce insures fresher food on you plate. Better quality fish, poultry and meats are better for you. Cooking dishes to order guarantees that the best flavors are served to you and aromas are not compromised. It means that your food is as hot, fresh and as flavorful as possible, all of which this health-conscious gourmet applauds!

Terra Fiamma features two different pizza ovens. The quintessential Bakers Pride New York style pizza oven and an Earthstone Neapolitan Style wood burning oven, which delivers two equally delicious, though different and popular styles of pizza: New York, and Neapolitan, as in Bella Napoli, Italy! Even the pizza sauce is made from scratch and each pizza is hand-tossed to order. The dough is made daily on the premises and feature only Grande Mozzarella, which is considered the best cheese in the pizza business.

Do you love wine, like I do? Wendy Rosano and the folks at Terra Fiamma do too! With over 40 wines by the glass, each one has been tasted and hand selected by their sommelier, and a good selection of American, Italian, and international wines by the bottle, there is something for every palate and budget! Staff is happy to assist you in selecting the perfect glass or bottle to complement your meal.

Be sure to check out their great happy hour with discounted drinks and an extensive bar bites menu.

Since all of our dishes are prepared to order, Terra Fiamma gladly accommodates special requests and dietary needs whenever possible!

All of these reasons have earned Terra Fiamma The Golden Palate® Certificate of Excellence, and designation as the newest member of my Golden Palate® family of fine establishments, whose dedicated, passionate owners make dining out, eating great, and losing weight (or keeping it off) that much more enjoyable!

Salute! And Buon’ Appetito!
