Terrain, an upscale garden and home shop and restaurant is a Fred Bollaci Enterprises Preferred Destination, with locations in Westport, CT and Glen Mills, PA.

Terrain is a local favorite in Westport for fresh, seasonal, organic meals featuring local ingredients, a top meeting spot to dine with close family and friends in a charming indoor/outdoor setting. Terrain aims to craft an environment that aesthetically and gastronomically reflects the cycle of the seasons and the local Westport community. Terrain is essentially the best cross between Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, your favorite garden center/nursery, and your favorite fresh, locally-inspired restaurant. Terrain hosts many cool “DIY” events and is a favored spot to take the family for “how to” home and garden workshops.

The menu changes frequently to reflect the freshest, local, seasonal ingredients. A recent dinner menu featured some of the following: Deviled Eggs, Corned Beef & Brussels Sprouts, Baby Green Salad with Shaved roma apples, rogue Smokey blue cheese, and apple honey vinaigrette, and Toasted Barley & Quinoa Salad with Roasted local vegetables and pickled red onions for starters. Entrees included: Poached Sole Filet with Hearts of palm, buttered leeks, and purple cauliflower, Beet Cured Crispy Salmon with Barley risotto, smoked mussels, and beet greens, Squid Ink Gnocchi Salmon with Buttercup poached shrimp, smoked fennel, and micro basil, Beef Filet Wellington with Puff pastry, wild mushroom duxelle, baby heirloom carrots, and red wine demi glaze, Roasted Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken with Creamy polenta, soft poached egg, and spicy kale, Terrain Burger with Bacon & sweet onion marmalade, hickory smoked gouda, sunny side up egg, brioche, and whole grain mustard, among other options. Vegetarian options included: Eggplant Meatballs with Braised green lentils, moroccan tomato sauce, and cumin yogurt, and Carrots Five Ways. The dinner menu also features a five course tasting menu, and excellent steaks. Lunch is a lighter version of dinner with seasonal soups, salads, sides, sandwiches, burgers, quiche, seafood dishes, and more, with fresh juices, craft beers, wine, and more!
