Trattoria Diane is owned by veteran restaurateurs, John Durkin and wife Diane Margaritis, next door to their 10-year-old bakery. The couple originally called their restaurant Diane’s when it first opened in 1992, serving predominantly French cuisine. Over the years, the menu and theme has morphed into Tuscan in the late 1990’s, and hence the addition of “Trattoria” reflecting the couple’s newfound love of Italy. In 2010, Trattoria Diane’s focus turned to classic Roman-inspired cuisine, and has been awarded the Fred Bollaci Enterprises Golden Palate Certificate of Excellence!
