Fred Bollaci Attends The Argiolas Sardinian Wine Dinner at Osteria/Bar Tulia in Naples, Florida

Fred Bollaci, CEO/President of Fred Bollaci Enterprises was honored to attend the magnificent Argiolas Wine Dinner at Golden Palate Partner and recipient of the Fred Bollaci Enterprises Golden Palate Certificate of Excellence® Osteria Tulia/Bar Tulia in Naples, FL in the heart of fashionable Fifth Avenue South.

“Osteria Tulia/Bar Tulia is one of the best Italian restaurants in Florida, hands down,” Bollaci said. “Chef Vincenzo is authentic, down-to-earth, and an all-around great guy. His signature brand of rustic Italian cuisine transports me straight to Tuscany every time.” Betulia worked at Spiaggia in Chicago, IL, (also a Golden Palate Partner), alongside celebrity chefs Paul Bartolotta and Tony Mantuano, and has been living and working in Naples for 16 years, before opening his much-anticipated restaurant in late 2014. Since opening, Osteria Tulia/Bar Tulia has been one of the hottest restaurants in Southwest Florida, bringing authentic, rustic, regional, Italian cuisine to Naples.

The Wine Dinner featured excellent wines of acclaimed Sardinian winemaker Antonio Argiolas of the Argiolas family’s winery.

The winery is located in Serdiana, home of farmers, olive groves and vineyards. In 1906, Antonio, the patriarch, was born. He was the first to plant vine rows, to join vineyards together, to seek quality in winemaking. His two sons, Franco and Giuseppe inherited his passion, and shared it with their wives, Pina and Marianna, and then with their own children. Today, the Winery is run by the third Argiolas generation: Antonio’s grandchildren.

The spectacular event combined the talents of master Chef Betulia and guest Chef Taras, the chef at the Argiolas Winery, creating a classic Sardinian menu to pair with the wines. Osteria/Bar Tulia has plans for additional wine dinners!
