Last evening, Wednesday March 15th, 2017 was a very special event at one of my favorite spots, Osteria Tulia, featuring the best authentic, rustic Italian cuisine by master chef Vincenzo Betulia (a Golden Palate Charter Member) in the heart of fashionable downtown Naples, Florida!
Osteria Tulia was one of only two restaurants in the entire state of Florida chosen to be part of this exclusive nationwide debut of the 2012 vintage of this excellent red blend, which was featured this evening as part of a paired Tuscan menu for $60, or a la carte for an unbelievably tasty $12 a glass (the wine typically sells for $130+ on wine lists when available).
The night’s special pasta creation was a housemade Tagliatelle with luscious wild boar ragu and pecorino Romano.
