Fred Bollaci will be announcing other distinguished Platinum Palate award winners in the coming weeks. To date, there are three Platinum Palate restaurants in the U.S. (Donatello in Tampa, FL, The Golden Pear Cafe in the Hamptons, NY, and The Perfect Wife in Manchester, VT), and Toscana Saporita Cooking School in Italy. “I expect there will likely be ultimately be several dozen Platinum Palate hotels and restaurants in the U.S., as well as in Italy, and eventually in other markets,” Bollaci said. “It will depend on the establishments–they have to earn it, and take being great, hands-on, dedicated and treating their customers like family to the next level.”

Bollaci’s Golden Palate column in the Winter 2016-17 issue of Venu Magazine coincides with this anticipated official announcement, and also welcomes new Charter Members, Osteria Tulia/Bar Tulia (renowned Chef Vincenzo Betulia in Naples, FL), and Charter Member the Hilton at Resorts World Bimini in the Bahamas. “Charter Members are the key brand ambassadors of the Golden Palate lifestyle,” Bollaci said.
