(Quantity is for one appetizer serving- Note: for a crowd, simply increase the quantities proportionately). This is a nice, light, healthy appetizer!
3 oz. Salmon Belly (diced small)
1 tsp Red Onion (minced)
1 tbsp Creme Fraiche
1 tsp Capers
1 tsp Harissa
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Preserved Lemon (minced)
3 Thin Slices Radish
Salt & White Pepper to taste
Blend ingredients and garnish with sliced radish.
