Fred BollaciFred Bollaci is a true renaissance man. As an international influencer and diet and weight loss strategist, Fred is also a professional lifestyle and weight loss coach, motivational and inspirational speaker, and healthy gourmet food and beverage consultant to the hospitality industry. He is also food and travel writer and blogger, and Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers), Wine Judge, and Food, Wine, Travel and Art Writer, Food Editor, and Appetite Columnist, and Social Media Manager for VENU Magazine, one of the nation’s leading contemporary culture and luxury lifestyle magazines.

Fred is also a practicing Trusts and Estates Attorney and has an MBA.

Since childhood, Fred has enjoyed a gourmet lifestyle of healthy gourmet food and international travel and is now known as “The Healthy Global Gourmet.”
Fred lost 150 pounds in one year while living “La Dolce Vita” in 2009-10 and has since helped hundreds of people lose thousands of pounds. Since establishing his company, Fred Bollaci Enterprises in 2014, Fred has worked with hundreds of top chefs and written about hundreds of restaurants, hotels, spas, and exciting travel destinations across the country and in Italy, and has shared delicious recipes, tips for fitness and spiritual wellbeing, and has helped coach and motivate hundreds of people to lose thousands of pounds. Today, Fred Bollaci feels great, and enjoys a variety of activities, especially adventure travel, writing, cooking, dining,
fine wine, photography, and his two dogs, Charlie (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and Teddy (a Bichon-Shih-Tzu). Fred is a native of Long Island, New York, and currently resides in Palm Beach and Sarasota, Florida.

Fred graduated from Emory University in 1998, and Stetson College of Law in 2002, Cum Laude, and from Stetson with an MBA in 2005 and is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate, specializing in luxury properties on both coasts of Florida.

Fred has also co-authored an exquisite regional, seasonal  Italian-American cookbook with his aunt, former restaurant owner, Alice Bollaci, which showcases many of their favorite family recipes, recipes from Fred and Alice’s extensive travels throughout Italy, and signature recipes from Alice’s restaurant. Their endeavor will showcase over 100 delectable recipes from many regions of Italy and will feature gorgeous color photos of food and many of Fred and Alice’s favorite destinations in Italy.
