Hotel Jerome’s BBQ Spice
Enjoy this while BBQ season is still going! Rub on your favorite ribs or steak for excellent flavor!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup paprika
1/3 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon dry thyme
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Reserve in sealed container.
