My room was a luxurious oasis with stunning contemporary decor that combined the best of Capri, Santorini, and Palm Beach with bold, cheerful yellows and teal blues, paying homage to the Florida beachfront setting!

Enjoy excellent locally sourced, regional, seasonal cuisine by Head Chef Josh Thomsen (Thomas Keller and Michael Mina alum) and Chef de Cuisine Manlee Siu, a California native who worked with Thomsen at San Francisco’s famed Gary Danko at the gorgeous Angle, casual oceanfront dining in Temple Orange and Breeze Ocean Kitchen, two pools, fabulous spa, white glove service, and stunning contemporary decor by Jonathan Adler, who considers Palm Beach “lemon sorbet for the soul” whose bold color palette includes bright yellow and teal blue.

Fred Bollaci with Chef de Cuisine Manlee Siu at Angle, the signature restaurant at the Eau. Chef Siu utilizes as many local products as possible in creating a tantalizing seasonal menu and engages local farmers, ranchers, and artisans! The result is a feast for the senses in a gorgeous setting with gleaming wine towers and a dramatic backlit onyx table in the center of the room, plus a private dining room with fireplace!

In keeping with the seasons, for the first day of fall, Chef Siu featured a lovely vegan Pumpkin Soup with coconut milk, which was delicious and the perfect way to open the palate!

The Key Lime Cheesecake with Tangerine Sorbet and Strawberries was a perfect, light, refreshing conclusion to an outstanding meal!
