Venu Magazine’s fall 2018 issue is out and on stands throughout the New York area, New England, South Florida, and beyond. The distinctive contemporary culture and art magazine is in its 10th year, with Fred Bollaci, its Food Editor and Social Media Manager having authored two features in Issue #40, one being the Fearless Chef story on Sails Restaurant in Naples, FL, Chef Jacob Jasinski (formerly of the Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island), and food industry leaders Veljko Pavicevic and Corinne Ryan.
