Bollaci lost 150 pounds five years ago and has maintained his weight loss by enjoying his “La Dolce Vita” lifestyle, dining across America, in Italy, and other gourmet hot spots around the world. Bollaci has learned to enjoy his favorite foods in moderation, to shop, cook, eat, and dine smart, including making exercise an integral part of each day.
Bollaci’s memoir will feature recipes from over 80 leading restaurants in top markets across the country, which are among Bollaci’s 200 Golden Palate™ Partners. Chef|owners of these partner restaurants exemplify Bollaci’s commitment to quality, freshness, and healthy lighter options for calorie conscious diners.

Bollaci’s visited The Perfect Wife Restaurant and Tavern for the first time last summer and he was instantly impressed by Chamberlain’s unique menu, commitment to freshness, and “farm-to-fork” regional and seasonal cuisine, as well as with Chamberlain herself.
