Fred Bollaci Enterprises based in New York City and Palm Beach and its Connecticut Golden Palate Partner, Homestead Inn|Thomas Henkelmann based in Greenwich, Connecticut, showcased in a multi-page, four-color feature article in the December|January 2015 edition of Venü, a leading international arts and culture magazine.
