Jack Dusty Restaurant Signature Cornmeal Blini’s with local Mote Marine Caviar and Lemon Crème Fraiche
Ingredients for Blinis:
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp local wild flower honey
1 large free-range egg, beaten
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp organic milk
1 tbsp whole melted butter
Directions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix egg, milk, and honey then stir into dry ingredients.
Slowly add whole butter
Cook in non-stick pan
Ingredients for lemon crème fraiche:
1 cup crème fraiche
Zest of 1 lemon
Caviar of your choice but we use Mote Marine Sturgeon Caviar (1/4 ounce per blini)
