Fred Bollaci Signs “The Restaurant Diet” and Speaks Before an Enthusiastic Crowd at The Renowned Books & Books in Coral Gables!

CORAL GABLES, FL

Fred Bollaci had the honor of presenting his new book, “The Restaurant Diet,” How to Eat Out Every Night and Still Lose Weight (Mango 2018) to a packed house at the renowned Books & Books in Coral Gables, Florida.

Bollaci told his story of what got him to 330 pounds, and the steps he took to permanently lose the weight and get healthier “Not by avoiding food or your favorite restaurants, but by learning to make food your friend, rather than your enemy,” Bollaci said last night.

The book features recipes from 100 top restaurants nationwide, including 50 in South Florida. The Cafe at Books and Books, a noteworthy healthy gourmet destination featuring fresh farm to table cuisine by Chef Allen Susser is featured with a recipe in “The Restaurant Diet.”

Bollaci’s next South Florida event is this Saturday, March 24th, 2018 at Barnes and Noble in Wellington (1-3pm).
